Find the wasted space in every client’s Microsoft 365.
If you look after other companies’ SharePoint and OneDrive, the storage bill is a conversation you already have. The free audit turns it into a number for each client, and a clean-up is a one-off job you can offer at a partner price.
The free audit for every client
Run the read-only audit on each client tenant. Each client gets its own report, and you see which ones have space worth getting back before you quote any work.
30% off list for clean-ups
The clean-up is $149 (up to 1 TB), $349 (up to 5 TB) and $799 (up to 20 TB) at list. Partners pay 30% less: $104.30, $244.30 and $559.30.
A report you can put your name on
A white-label report, with your brand instead of ours, is planned. It is not built yet; today the report carries the Doppelgone name.
A quote for the big ones
A client above 20 TB is an Enterprise quote, and so is a partner with many tenants. Write to us and we will price it together.
1 · The client’s admin consents
Each client signs in with Microsoft and a Global Administrator of that client approves the read-only permissions. The consent belongs to the client and shows in its own Entra admin centre, where it can be revoked.
2 · You are invited as an admin
The client’s owner invites you by email as an admin of its organisation in Doppelgone. You see that client only. One client’s data is never visible from another’s.
3 · You run the audit and share the report
The audit runs on the client’s tenant. You read the report, walk the client through it, and the client decides whether to buy a clean-up.
4 · The client’s reviewers approve the clean-up
Write access is a separate consent, asked for only when a clean-up starts. Files go to the client’s own recycle bin, restorable for 93 days, and every action is in an audit log the client can download.
Today each client is its own organisation and you join it by invitation. A single console across all your clients is planned, not built. Nothing here changes how safe the clean-up is: see the security page and the trust page.
Start with one client.
Email us the number of clients and roughly how much storage they use, and we will set up the partner price and talk you through the first audit. We have no partners yet; the first ones help shape what we build next.
